Meet Dr. Fara Movagharnia.

Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon serving the Atlanta Area

Dr. Movagharnia has over 27 years of experience in the industry. Nyah Med Spa is honoured to have him be a part of our team as our Medical Director. He has the reputation of being a perfectionist, which is defined by “one who constantly strives to improve.” He is not happy until he knows he has done his best. Dr. Movagharnia is guided by a principle he learned at an early age "If you are going to do something... do it right the first time.” This simple philosophy has served him well both academically and professionally throughout his life. Dr. Movagharnia has decades  of experience in cosmetic procedures of the face and body, providing many surgical and non-surgical options for both men and women at his private practice , The Center for Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery. 

Chelsea has been working at Nyah Med Spa for the past several years. She works as a spa consultant alongside

our amazing management team. Chelsea is responsible for upkeep the cleanliness of our offices, monitoring

our retail items, and overseeing our spa reservations. Chelsea is originally from Long Island, New York. She

graduated from SUNY Old Westbury with a B.A. in Psychology and also holds an associate degree from Nassau

Community College. On top of that, she is a licensed Georgia Realtor®. Needless to say, Chelsea has had many

years of customer service experience. She is always willing to go above and beyond to find a solution and help

make each client's experience the best it can be. Chelsea has worked diligently to build trusting relationships

with both staff and clients.

Aside from her professional contributions, Chelsea is also a mother to a handsome German Shepherd with

whom she loves to spend her time. She also enjoys doing DIY projects with her husband in their new home

Whitney Wiggins is a licensed Medical Aesthetician and Licensed Assistant Laser Practitioner. Whitney received her education from Elaine Sterling Institute and Southern Laser Academy. Whitney joined our practice in 2021 with a passion for skincare that is unmatched. Since her time with us, she has taken the opportunity to learn specialized skills and techniques that provide only the utmost care for her clients. She is our lead technician at the Buckhead location and is a natural when it comes to leading her peers and offering excellent customer service to clients. She takes pride in her role as a leader and consistently demonstrates eagerness to learn and grow within the world of esthetics. 

In addition to providing incredible spa treatments and keeping our clients' skin looking and feeling amazing, Whitney loves to spend her spare time vacationing, shopping, and having fun with family and friends.

Payton is a medical esthetician and a laser specialist. She has been an esthetician for four years at Nyah Med Spa. 

She attended the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics. Payton loves connecting with her clients and helping them achieve their ideal goals. 

She is very passionate about her work and enjoys making people feel their best.

Billie Jo is a Medical Aesthetician , Assistant  Laser  Practitioner and our Lead Technician. . She graduated from the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics in 2013 with an interest in the medical aspect of the aesthetics industry. 

Throughout her career, Billie Jo has sought to keep up with the latest medical aesthetics services and training for herself in order to provide the best treatments to her clients. She has always had an interest in skincare and wellness and strives to help others achieve their skincare goals.

Meet our Lead Technician and Esthetician, Emolyn, a Medical Aesthetician, Assistant Laser Practitioner, and Licensed Medical Assistant. 

Emolyn has worked in medical esthetics for over ten years. She has a background in dermatology and plastic surgery, which has fostered her love for corrective skincare. Emolyn graduated from North Georgia Nursing Academy in 2017, where she obtained a license in Medical Assisting. She has been with Nyah Medical Spa for six years and loves being a laser specialist with a broad range of skills. 

When Emolyn is not at work, you can find her spending time with her three little girls and their chocolate Labrador, Duke.

Bri is a medical esthetician and laser specialist. 

She attended the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics and has been serving clients for 10 years at Nyah Med Spa. She has the incredible role of being one of our lead technicians. Bri absolutely loves developing long-lasting relationships with her clients while helping them look and feel their best. 

When Bri is not at work, you can find her spending time and vacationing with her husband and two little girls.

Cathy is Nyah Med Spa’s leading passionate spa manager with over 12 years of experience in enhancing guest satisfaction and overseeing spa operations. 

Some of her many skills include managing a contingent workforce, payroll processing, patient coordinating, budget management, and more. She consistently boosts service quality by motivating and supporting her spa team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. She believes this plays an important role in keeping client retention at its highest. She is a proactive team player with a strong work ethic and dedication to creating and sustaining a positive work environment for all. Despite the many obstacles she faces in her management role, she is continuously committed to providing clients and staff with a professional and pleasurable experience always. 

One of the most important things to Cathy is family, so during her spare time, you will catch her traveling to Alabama to spend quality time with her granddaughter, Vivian Hope.

Angela is a compassionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector with a relentless eye for detail. Her healthcare journey began when she graduated from nursing school in 2003. She has over 19 years of experience as a registered nurse, spanning from her specialty in trauma/critical care to being an organ transplant coordinator, and currently working in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit at Northside Hospital.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she worked on the front lines at Piedmont Atlanta, making a positive impact on critical patients and their families. Angela’s passion for health and beauty in a med spa setting has brought her to the team at Nyah, where she hopes to bring her compassion and professionalism to the ever-expanding world of aesthetic medicine.

She is dedicated to blending the art of aesthetics with the science of nursing to empower women to rediscover self-love and feel confident inside and out. By not only enhancing their beauty but still making it recognizable, her goal is to always ensure a comfortable, safe, and positive experience for her clients. Even on your dreariest of days, Angela will add a little swagger to your step and have you feeling positively peppy.

She is ecstatic to meet you and work with you to achieve your unique aesthetic goals! Aside from nursing, Angela is a mom, wife, and big foodie. She is always looking for new places and new foods to try. She loves all things fashion and beauty but most of all, enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
